UVOK FRIEND

General description of the program

1. The UVOK Friend loyalty program is run by HYPER spz o.oulGajowa 1, 43-100 Tychy (KRS: 0000944268, REGON: 520875003, NIP: 6462993375), hereinafter referred to as the Runner.
2. By using the program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The program is directed to customers of uvok.pl store (hereinafter referred to as Shop), who, by making purchases, recommendations and opinions about products, receive and collect points, which are then converted into discount coupons.
4. Information on collected points and discount coupons is visible after logging in to your account, on the customer's card, in the UVOK FRIEND tab.

Participation in the program

1. Points and discount coupons collected by you within the program are assigned to your account and are non-transferable.
2. The program is not open to companies, groups, associations or other commercial or wholesale buyersParticipation in the program should not be used to resell products or for profit.
3. The program may be used by all persons registered on the Store who meet the above conditions.
4. Use of the program is voluntary.

Points, discount coupons:

For purchases:

1. For every PLN 1 spent on glasses in the Store, you receive 1 point.
2. Points are awarded after one month from the date of purchase, for eyeglasses that have not been returned as a cancellation.

For the newsletter:

1. For subscribing to the newsletter (when you are not already subscribed), you will receive 100 points.
2. Points for subscribing to the newsletter are awarded 1 time.
3. The option to sign up for the newsletter is available after logging into your account, on your customer card, under the UVOK FRIEND tab.

For adding reviews:

1. You will receive 30 points for adding reviews n/t the eyewear you purchased.
2. You can add opinions for each model of glasses you bought separately.
3. You can add opinion on a particular model 1 time within one order.
4. To add an opinion log in to your account, then go to your customer card to the 'orders' tab.
5. When you click on the 'EVALUATE' button, a window will appear, allowing you to submit an opinion for the eyewear model you have purchased.
6. By adding an opinion, you grant us, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license under which we may use the opinions for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including, without limitation, in the online store, newsletters, catalogs, emails and other messages to customers, in materials provided in stores and for other marketing purposes.
7. Among other things, we will not publish inappropriate or indecent opinions or opinions containing offensive language or personally identifiable information.
8. You hereby release us from the obligation to pay for the use of your texts in any way and for the copyright of these texts in connection with the use as described aboveIn addition, you release us and all persons acting on our behalf from any claims, demands and liabilities arising from the use of customer reviews in the manner described above.

Discount Coupons:

1. For every 300 points collected, a discount coupon worth 15 PLN will be generated for you. The coupon value will be converted into EUR based on the exchange rate from the previous day
2. Points older than one year that have not been converted into a discount coupon will be forfeited.
3. You can use the coupon for 12 months from the moment of generation, after this period unused coupons are deleted.
4. To use your coupons, select them in the shopping cart, the corresponding discount will be included in your order.
5. Discount coupons work only in the uvok.pl store.
6. Once you place an order for which a discount coupon was selected, the coupon is used, a used coupon cannot be used again (this also applies if you return an order in which a coupon was used).

Final provisions

The Host is not responsible for system failures, incorrect operation of the Loyalty Program or any consequences thereofThe Host shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension, modification or termination of the Loyalty Program or otherwise related to it - except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
