We are spending more and more time in front of screens, the blue light emitted by computer monitors, tablet and smartphone screens and LED lighting negatively affects our health.

We cant always reduce our exposure to blue light (work, e-learning, entertainment, artificial lighting), fortunately we can protect our eyes by using glasses with a blue light filter.

• Cleaning your glasses - use only products designed for cleaning glasses or a solution of mild soap with warm water. Use only a special clothBefore cleaning, always make sure that there are no particles of sand, dirt or other substances left on the cloth that can damage the glasses.
• Maintenance - the glasses require periodic tightening of the screws at the temples, as the screws may become loose during daily use.
